With the app designs completed, I started work on designing the responsive website.
I used the shop sitemap to guide the organizational structure of each screen’s design to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience across devices.
Responsive Design
The designs for screen size variation included mobile, tablet, and desktop. I optimized the designs to fit specific user needs of each device and screen size.
Project overview
The problem:
Busy Customer can’t pre order the
product and commute to the location in order to purchase the product.

The goal:
This app should be able to improve the sales and increase customer satisfaction.

Website Low-fidelity prototype
To prepare for usability testing, I created a low-fidelity prototype that connected the user flow of ordering an item

These were the main findings uncovered by the usability study:
Create an account
Every user can create an account and start shopping.
Customize a Box
Users were able to find the right section and add their favorites to the box.
Reserve for a date
Most of users could add their preferred date for the order.
High-fidelity
The high-fidelity prototype followed the same user flow as the low-fidelity prototype, including design changes made after the usability study.
